原发垂体癌1例临床分析及文献复习 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨提高垂体癌诊疗水平的策略和方法。方法分析1例垂体癌患者的临床、影像、病理、免疫组织化学特点,并结合文献,综合阐述垂体癌的发病机制、临床症状、病理诊断。结果本例患者具有典型的垂体肿瘤临床及影像学表现,通过术后病理结合免疫组织化学完成诊断,经术后放疗4个月仍发生全身多处转移,术后6个月死亡。结论垂体癌可依照肿瘤的病理生物学行为来确诊,早期制定有效的治疗方案。采取综合治疗手段,包括手术、放疗、化疗及针对内分泌紊乱的药物治疗。
