摘要
针对"提钒半钢碳含量较低、炼钢热量不足"的特点,通过采取类石墨/碳化硅热补偿技术、高磷半钢炼钢造渣工艺和炼钢终点控制等技术措施,冶炼出合格的Q235Z和20MnSi连铸钢水;终点钢水[P]0.016%、[S]0.029%、温度1695℃。
The technique previous employed was of following inadaptabilities for steelmaking, such as low carbon content in vanadium recoving semisteel and insufficiency of quantity of heat. Therefore, the suitable technique was developed on the basis of similar graphite/silicon themal conpensation,high-phos-phorus and semisteel steelmaking slagging, endpoint control in steelmaking , etc. The results showed qual-ified continuous casting molten steel Q235Z and 20MnSi, endponit molten steel [ P ] O. 016%, [ S ] O. 029 %, tempereture 1695 ℃.
