含碳半成品废砖回收利用方法研究

含碳半成品废砖破碎后,假颗粒多,直接使用对产品的体积密度,气孔率影响较大。通过使用溶剂A对废砖料进行碾压、困料、二次碾压、干燥处理后,可以大大减小假颗粒的含量和尺寸,提高了废砖料的使用效果。当加入量达到40%时,可以生产出与未加废砖料指标接近的产品。
