摘要
研究了最小二乘拟合方法在CCD型光学多通道分析仪波长标定中的应用。标定的光源采用低压汞灯,标定过程分别采用最小二乘法中的2次拟合和线性拟合(1次拟合)。通过测量低压汞灯和低压钠灯光谱,将2次拟合和线性拟合(1次拟合)的结果作比较。结论表明,用2次拟合比线性拟合结果更精确。
The application of the least square polynomial fit method in the wavelength calibration of the Optical multichannel analyzer with a CCD detector is investigated. The mercury lamp is chosen as the calibration light source. The 2 times and linear(1 time) fit of the least square polynomial fit are used independently. By measuring the spectrograms of the mercury lamp and the sodium lamp, the 2 times polynomial fit is compared with the linear fit method. The comparison results show that the 2 times fit method can make the calibration more precise.
