摘要 定量光敏荧光(QLF)技术是近年来发展起来的一种新的检测方法,与以往传统的龋病诊断方法不同,它不仅可以发现早期龋损并使其定量化,还可纵向监视早期继发龋的发展。现就一些传统的牙科诊断方法和目前备受关注的QLF检测法作一简单介绍,涉及其原理、系统结构、检测影响因素等方面。 Comparing with the traditional caries diagnosis, quantitative light-induced fluorescence (QLF) technology is a new developing one which can measure small changes in the mineral content of enamel lesions quantitatively and allow longitudinal monitoring of changes in lesion area and depth. The summary concerns some traditional dental diagnostic methods especially OLF technology, involving its principles, system structure, detection factors, and so on.
