粤西地区芒果横纹尾夜蛾的发生规律及其防治研究

A STUDY ON THE BIONOMICS AND CONTROL OF THE Chlumetia Trans v ersea Walker IN THE WEST GUANGDONG

芒果横纹尾夜蛾（ChlumetiatransverseaWalker）是粤西地区危害芒果的主要害虫。通过室内外饲养及观察发现：该虫在粤西地区1年发生6～8代，世代重叠．以幼虫蛀食撤梢和花穗，盛发期3～10月。用溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和甲胺磷等药剂，分别于展叶3～5片前与继后10d左右喷洒嫩梢，防治效果可达95％以上。每年2～4月应根据虫害情况喷药保护花穗。

A destructive inseit pest of Mango. Chlumetia transversea Walker, distributed in the west area of Guangdong. It is found that, through fields and laboratory raising,the pest occurs 6~8 generations annually in the west of guangdong. The full outbreak period occurs from March to October every year and mainly damages the leaflets and flowers bud. The insecticides such as Decamethrin, Fenvalerate and Tamaron are sprayed upon the leaflets twice respectively ten days before and after opening three to five piece of young leaves. It is proved that the controlling result reaches 95% or more. Therefore, depending on the conditions of insect. it is necessary to spray insecticide upon the flower bud from February to April every year.
