Objective： To improve the ratio accepted by the journal to which radiologists submit and levels of diagnosis and academy. Methods： Introduce the outline and functional character of science citation index （SCI） in detail. Results：Evaluation medical papers indexes by SCI. Conclusion：Provide journal name indexes by SCI from every country.
