摘要
介绍一种基于MATLAB曲线拟合界面实现的MoSi2发热体电阻率曲线拟合方法,并利用误差理论对拟合曲线进行误差分析。结果表明,采用三次多项式拟合曲线作为MoSi2发热体电阻率曲线具有较高的精度,该结论与由MATLAB曲线拟合界面拟合获得的SEE、Adj R-square值分析的结果相符合。
A method using the MATLAB curve fitting toolbox to tit the resistivity curve of MoSi2 heating element was introduced in this paper. The fitting error was analyzed by error theory. The result showed that using the fitting curve with cubic polynomials as the resistivity curve for MoSi2 heating element would have enough precision. The conclusion was matched to the analytic result of the “SEE” and “Adj R-square”in the MATLAB curve fitting toolbox.
