摘要
基于微循环代谢性调节系统的理论研究,以代谢动态变化条件下的调整机制为目标,利用系统模拟的方法进行了分析和研究。研究首先建立机体处于静息状态下毛细血管的调节系统模型,并进一步对从静息转变为运动过程中微循环调节模型进行分析和构建;利用所建立的模型讨论了毛细血管开放率和开闭频率在动态微循环调节中的形态和作用,阐述了机体由静息状态向运动状态过渡过程中在满足机体代谢需要的同时,维持血压和血流动态平衡的机制,为阐明微循环代谢性调节机制提供了基础的研究结果。
Based on the analysis of microcirculation metabolic regulation system and the dynamic metabolic process simulated and studied systemically, this paper try to elucidate the regulation mechanism under various conditions. First, the capillary of the economy at rest regulation systemic model was developed;furthermore, the model during exercise was developed and construed. With these models, the average open-closed frequency and the opening rate of the capillary units were discussed;the mechanism of the economy during at rest and exercise which satisfy metabolic needs and maintain blood flow and pressure was expounded, and some basic research results were offered to elucidate the metabolic regulation mechanism of microcirculation.
