摘要 长托宁一种新型抗胆碱药,在麻醉前用药,休克,高血压,呼吸系统疾病等临床领域得到广泛应用,可增加超氧化物歧化酶清除氧自由基的能力,明显抑制全脑缺血再灌注损伤时脑组织NF-KB的表达,对脑缺血再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。本文就上述几个方面进行探讨。 Penehyclidine hydrochloride(PHC), a kind of anticholinergic, has been extensively applied in the pre-anesthetic medication, shock, high blood pressure, respiratory diseases and other clinical areas, increased superoxide dismutase the ability of scavenging oxygen free radicals, inhibit cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in brain tissue NF-k B expression on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in a certain degree of protection. This paper on the above aspects are discussed.
