摘要
视频喉镑（GSVL）是一种新型气管插管装置，其镜体轻便灵活，镜片前端弯曲成60度，其前端安装有摄像头，通过光缆将图像传递并放大至液晶显示器上，使操作者可在显示器直视下进行插管，解决传统硬质喉镜观察视野小、图像小和显鼹声门困难的缺点。本文就了GSVL的优点，缺点及临床应用的研究进展进行论述，希望对临床工作有帮助作用。
The Glidescope is a new video laryngoscope that was designed for difficult airway mamagement .The Glidescopee blade has a 60-degree angle and video camera located in the blade which is connected to a separate liquid crystal display monitor.In this review, we discussed the merit and shortcoming of Glidescope, and progress in clinical application to intubation with Glidescope,they may help to glide clinical application.
