军人LASIK术后不同时期外伤致角膜瓣损伤后的视觉适应性

The visual adaptation of the different period external injury to result to corneal trauma of soldiers post-LASIK

目的评估军人准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后不同时期外伤致角膜瓣损伤后的视觉适应性。方法选取5例LASIK术后外伤导致角膜瓣翻转、移位、上皮植入及角膜上皮剥脱的军人患者。通过裸眼视力、对比敏感度及角膜地形图检查评价治疗后的视觉质量。结果5例患者均不同程度地恢复了视力,也无明显的主觉症状,视觉质量轻度下降。结论LASIK是一种安全有效的手术,术后遭遇外伤如及时救治能挽回视力,改善视觉。

Objective To evaluate the visual adaptation of the different period external injury to result to corneal trauma of soldiers post-excimer laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK）. Methods To select 5 soldier patients accepted LASIK confronted external injury to result in cornea flap turn over, aversion,epithelium implanted, and corneal epithelium exfoliated. To evaluate the visual quality after treatment through uncorrected visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and corneal topography. Results The 5 patients all regained the vision in different extent, had no obviously symptom, and gently decrease of the visual quality. Conclusion LASIK is a safe and effective operation. The vision of patient confronted surgical trauma can be saved and improve if promptly treated.
