摘要
目的探讨高龄肺癌患者行肺局部切除的价值。方法自1996年7月至2006年7月,20例70岁以上肺癌患者于我院接受手术治疗,其中12例T1N0M0周围型肺癌行局部切除。结果行局部切除后5年生存率为61.4%,有2例已存活10年。结论我们认为对心肺功能低下的高龄周围型肺癌患者行局限性肺切除是一种较理想的选择。
Objective To investigate the effect of localized lung resection on aged patients with lung cancer. Methods 20 patients aged over 70 years with lung cancer were treated by surgery from July, 1996 to July, 2006. Among them, 12 patients with peripheral type of lung cancer at T1N0M0 stage were subjected to localized lung resection. Results The 5-year survival rate of the aged patients who underwent localized lung resection was 61.4%. Two patients have survived for ten years. Conclusion Localized lung resection is a good choice for the aged patients with peripheral type of lung cancer and poor cardiopulmonary function.
