一个和谐的社会,必然是一个人人享有同等的机遇和权利,各尽所能、各得其所的社会,也必然是一个注重男女公平、平等、和谐发展的社会。在这个社会里,需要构建一种社会主义性别平等与和谐发展的机制,使社会主义的性别关系最终实现和谐发展。其中,完善社会和谐运行机制是构建性别平等与和谐发展机制的条件,贯彻男女平等基本国策是构建性别平等与和谐发展机制的关键,开掘和确立女性主体性是构建性别平等与和谐发展机制的基础。
A harmonious society is sure to be a society in which everyone enjoys equal chance and equal fight, and do what they want and obtain what they do, meanwhile, it is a society that stressed on gender equality and harmonious development. In such a society, a socialist system of gender equality and harmonious development must be set up to en-sure its realization. The administrative system of social harmony is the condition of setting up this system, and the implementation of gender equality is the key point of this system, and the insurance of female subjectivity is the foundation of it.
