摘要
我国女性参政面临诸多困境:妇女参政的结构欠佳、层次偏低;妇女参政的比例偏低;妇女参政的政策环境尚不理想;参政妇女的职业角色与家庭角色冲突;参政女性的被动性较强。以个案访谈的方式访谈的十几位女干部的参政经历也印证了这些困境的存在。
A series of questions arise in the process of Chinese women＇ s suffrage. This paper is based on social gender theory and interviews more than ten women cadre. Their political experiences reveal the difficult situations Chinese encounter including the disadvantageous structure of women suffrage, lower level, low proportion, and improper political environment, the conflict between their vocational role and family role, and their passive awareness.
