摘要
宋代寡妇的财产权发生了较大的变化,从娘家财产和夫家财产的归属这两个方面来看,宋代寡妇享有极其有限的财产权,北宋时期寡妇享有一定程度的家庭财产权,南宋尤其是南宋中后期寡妇的财产权减少,社会地位下降。
The widow＇s property rights in Song Dynasty changed a lot. Widows in the Northern Song Dynasty enjoyed a restricted property from their mother＇ s and husband＇ s property belongs. Widows in the Southern Song Dynasty especially its middle late period enjoyed a comparative little property and their statuses were very low.
