摘要
针对柴油机配气机构研究不足的现状,在配气机构传统的单质量模型的基础上建立了更加切合实际的四质量动力学模型。该模型把传动链分离出来,简化为四个单独的集中质量,然后利用直接数值积分的方法对配气机构进行了动力学计算,并与单质量配气机构模型数据进行了对比分析研究,验证了该模型建立的正确性和优越性。
Aiming at the lack of the studies of valve train system of diesel engine, an accurate four--mass dynamics model was established based on traditional single mass dynamics model. The gearing chain was separated from dynamics model and simplified to four independent centralized masses. The dynamics characteristics of the valve train system were calculated directly by numerical simulation. And it is indicated that the four--mass dynamics model has its own correctness and superiorities compared with single mass dynamics model.
