摘要
讨论了悬臂梁在联合载荷作用下满应力截面设计问题.首先建立了梁的力学模型,通过考虑一个微元体的平衡得到了悬臂梁满应力计算公式和设计控制方程.应用龙格库塔法解非线性方程得到了该问题的数值解,给出了截面高度随梁长的变化曲线.通过算例说明满应力梁的体积比等截面梁的体积有极大的优化.
The full stress design of a cantilever beam under a combined load is discussed . First,the mechanical model of the cantilver beam is built. By considering the balance of an element, the stress formula is obtained. Then, the governing equation of the full stress design of cantilever beams under a combined load are presented. The numerical results of nonlinear formula were obtained by the Runge-Kutta method, and we have also obtained the curve of the height of the example.
