摘要
知识员工已经成为企业核心竞争力之源。个体知识员工的评估对考核知识员工的业绩、确立知识员工的激励标准都是十分重要的。由于知识员工与一般员工在工作性质上有着本质的不同,因此,当前人力资源评估方法并不适合知识员工的评估。从企业工作流程出发,结合知识员工的特点,构造了一个完整的个体知识员工评估体系,并提出了一种模糊综合评估方法,对个体知识员工的工作质量和绩效进行了评估。通过构造合适的隶属度函数对评估结果进行了模糊化处理,使得评估结果更加客观、合理。
Knowledge employees have already become the core competitive capacity in enterprises at present. It is very important to evaluate their performance so as to establish the compensation standards. Because of the fundamental differences between knowledge employees and common employees, current human resources evaluation methods work flow and knowledge employees' characteristics, the paper presents an integrated system and a fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate their performance. Proper membership functions are constructed for processing the evaluating results, aiming at making the evaluation results more reliable and reasonable. An example given in the paper has shown that the proposed evaluation method is effective.
