The Development of County Economy in Heilongjiang Province

县域经济是国民经济的基本单元,是国民经济的重要基础。县域经济发展会直接影响到全省经济与社会的发展。黑龙江省县域经济已具备一定的有利条件,但某些方面仍存在不足,因此,针对黑龙江省县域经济的现状及主要存在的问题,制定促进县域经济发展的基本对策,具有重要的理论和现实意义。

County economy is an fundamental national economic element, and also the important national economic fundation. The development of county economy may affect the development of the whole provincial and social economy directly. The county economy in Heilongjiang Province has some advantages, but there still exists insufficiency in some aspects. In order to solve these problems, the paper presents some fundamental countermeasures to accelerate the development of the local county economy.
