随着政府及顾客环保意识的加强和绿色物流的提出,逆向物流开始逐步引起国外一些发达国家的重视,越来越多的企业构建起有效的逆向物流体系。近几年来,在中国,逆向物流也引起了越来越多的关注。目前,遵循循环经济思想,打造"低消耗、高利用、低排放"的资源循环型城市,已经成为国家和各级政府的重要议题。因此有必要借鉴国外发展逆向物流的成功经验,找到制约我国城市逆向物流发展问题所在,并研究保障城市逆向物流系统有效运行的发展对策。

Many enterprises build effective reverse logistics system. In the recent few years, reverse logistics has also aroused more and more interest in China, The current idea of circulation economy aims to achieve the city resource circulation which has become “the government at all ” levels in China. It is thus to learn from the experiences of the advanced countries and to realize the efficient reverse logistics.
