摘要
本文根据2007年7月1日国家出口退税政策的调整内容,阐述政策调整对东部沿海地区造成的压力,并以宁波市镇海区为例,从出口和税收两个方面分析政策调整对镇海经济运行造成的影响,提出改善的建议和对策。
According to adjustment of national export tax drawback policy on July 1,2007, this paper describes the pressure of policy adjustments on the eastern coastal areas, and analysis the impacts of economic operation in Zhenhai from Exports aspect and revenue aspect, taking Zhenhai district in Ningbo as an example, and makes some recommendations for improvement.
