摘要
战略成本管理(Strategic cost Management,简称SCM)是为了适应企业竞争环境的变化和战略管理的需要而产生发展起来的,是战略管理思想与成本管理有机结合的产物,是企业获取长期竞争优势的有效方法。首先介绍了战略成本管理的内涵和特点,然后对战略成本管理的基本框架和实施的一般步骤进行了介绍。
Combined with the foundation dynamic consolidation project somewhere,the author tests the tamping energy,the influence of the post-compacting time to the dynamic compaction strength and depth of treatment with the methods of the heavy dynamic sounding,the plate loading test and the laboratory soil test,explains the concept of the effective reinforced depth,puts forward the problems in the design of the bearing capacity and the solutions.
