炎琥宁联合西咪替丁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效观察

Effects of treating infantile rotavirus enteritis with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate and cemitidine

目的：观察炎琥宁联合西咪替丁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法：对符合婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床诊断标准的103例患儿随机分为观察组及对照组，观察组51例，对照组52例。两组均予补液，维持水电解质酸碱平衡，微生态疗法（妈咪爱）及肠黏膜保护剂（思密达）等常规治疗。对照组给予病毒唑10～15mg／（kg·d），加入葡萄糖静脉滴注，每天1次，连续3d。观察组给予炎琥宁10mg／（kg·d）及西咪替丁10-20mg／（kg·d）静脉滴注，每天1次，连续3d。观察两组患儿治疗后退热及止泻时间等疗效。结果：观察组的退热时间、止泻时间均明显短于病毒唑对照组；观察组有效率为92．2％，较对照组的82．7％高，有显著性差异（P均〈0．05）。结论：炎琥宁联合西咪替丁治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效优于病毒唑。

dium dehydroandroan Objective： To investigate the effects of treating infantile rotavirus enteritis with potassium sodrographolide succinate and cemitidine. Methods： One hundred and three infantile patients diagnosed as rotavirus enteritis according to clinical diagnostic criteria were divided randomly into trial group （n = 51 ） and control group（ n = 52）. On the base of treated all patients routinely with replenishment of liquid, maintaining balance of water-electrolyte, acid and base, undergoing therapy of microorganisms with medial - vita and protection of gastrointestinal mucosa with smecta; patients in control group treated with ribavirin 10～15 mg/（kg·d） diluted with glucose solution intravenously, once a day for 3 days. Patients in trial group treated with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate 10 mg/（kg·d） and cimetidine 10～20 mg/（kg·d） intravenously, once a day for 3 days. Effects of abating fever and anti - diarrhea were observed. Results： The time of fever ceasing and diarrhea control in trial group was shorter than that in control group; the effectuate rates of the trial group and control group were 92.2% and 82.7% respectively, compared them, there were significant differences（ all P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The effects of treating infantile rotavirus enteritis with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate and cemitidine is better than that of ribavirin.
