严重胰腺外伤8例护理体会

Nursing experience of severe pancreatic injury in 8 patients

目的:探讨严重胰腺外伤患者手术前后的护理。方法:对8例严重胰腺外伤手术治疗的患者进行了严密的观察和护理,对采取的护理措施进行总结。结果:本组8例中治愈6例,死亡2例,出现胰瘘1例。结论:术后严密观察,精心护理,腹腔管充分引流和并发症的及时发现是提高治愈率的关键。

Objective： To investigate the nursing care before and after the operation of the severe pancreatic injury. Methods： Eight patients with severe pancreatic injury were treated by surgery; intensive and dedicated nursing measures were taken before and after the operation; the nursing care practices were summarized. Results： Of the 8 patients, 6 cases were cured, 1 case complicated pancreatic fistula, 2 cases died. Conclusion： The crucial measures to enhance the curative effect were careful and closely postoperative nursing, thoroughly drainage of the abdominal free fluid, finding and management of the complications in time.
