在小批量生产条件下,传统的休哈特控制图不再适用,在这种情况下,本文提出了一种有效的统计过程控制工具一代码值图,来实现对过程的控制。并结合具体实例对该控制工具,进行了验证,结果表明,此控制工具在小批量生产条件下的过程控制中是可行的和有效的。

In the conditions of the small batch manufacturing, The treditional Shewhart control chart is not applicabie. For this reasons, we proposed an efficient statistical process control tools-The code value map to achieve the control of the process. And we verificated the tools through using the concrete examples. The results showed that this control tools is feasibie and effective.
