脾脏窦岸细胞血管瘤一例
摘要
患者 女性，52岁，因“发现脾脏占位2年余”于2007年6月17日收入我院。患者2年前体检超声发现2个结节性占位，边界清晰，直径约0．5cm，回声性质不详，未予诊治。入院前复查超声示脾实质回声增粗，其内可见数个中强回声团．边界欠清，最大直径约3．4cm，胆囊多发结石，余未见明显异常。既往无特殊病史。查体：无明显阳性体征。
