腔静脉滤器临床应用现状 被引量:4

摘要 肺动脉栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE)是肢体深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)形成后的严重合并症。Bell和Simon报道46%~60%的PE与DVT有关。我们发现,在DVT患者中,45%可发生PE。PE的发生应予以重视,因约10%的症状性PE患者在发病后1h内死亡,15%在3个月内死亡,而幸存者中3.8%会转为慢性肺动脉高压。PE是一种继发性疾病,多数归因于肢体静脉血栓形成后脱落,这一观点目前已达共识。而PE的预防是完全可能的,且是非常重要的。PE有两种预防方法:(1)主动预防即预防肢体静脉血栓形成;(2)被动预防即对已形成肢体静脉血栓并已导致或可能导致PE的患者进行腔静脉栓子脱落拦截。
