摘要
钢水罐是连铸生产线上的重要设备,其应力分布直接影响了钢水罐的使用寿命。针对新型170t钢水罐,利用有限元仿真技术,研究了钢水倾倒过程中,钢水罐处于0°位置时的温度场和应力场分布状况,为新型钢水包的日常维护以及设备优化提供了依据。
Ladle is an important part in continuous casting production line and its stress distribution has directinfluence on its life. Finite element simulation technology is used to study temperature field and stress fielddistributions of the ladle at zero degree during tilting. It provides a basis for routine maintenance and equipment optimization.
