摘要
在硬铝合金(LY-11铝合金)细长圆管的外壁以不同方式缠绕复合碳纤维,并对缠绕前后圆管承受轴向压载荷能力进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,细长圆管外壁缠绕碳纤维后,圆管的抗弯曲变形及抗压极限承载能力都得到大幅度提高。本文对未经缠绕的承压管的稳定性及理论临界应力进行了探讨,对采用碳纤维缠绕复合后的细长管轴向承压能力得以提高的原因作了分析。
Outer wall of a slender aluminium alloy tube is wound with CFRP and comparison tests of the axial pressure bearing capacities of the tube before and after wound with CFRP are conducted. The results indicate that after wound with CFRP the axial pressure bearing capacity and bend deformation resistance of the tube are enhanced obviously. The stability and theoretical critical stress of the tube without winding are discussed and the reasons of the enhancement of axial pressure bearing capacity of the tube wound with CFRP are analyzed.
