摘要
教师角色的嬗承、变革与创生,既是历史发展的使然,也是教育逻辑的必然。社会转型的多元化和文化语境的复杂性,需要教师不断适应甚至推进教师职业角色的转换与提升。在沿循传统角色和现代角色的轨迹中,未来教师角色的时代语境正逐步形成。重新保持对"教师角色"的追问,意味着我们必须帮助教师在角色发展的语脉和坐标中,校正和开掘教师身份存在的方式和教师主体实践的方向。
The evolution, on-carrying, change and innovation of teachers' role is of necessity of historical development as well as educational logic. The muhi-faetor of social transformation and complication of culture context require teachers to be adapted to and even to promote the change and enhancement of the professional role. Following the traditional as well as modern role, future teachers' role comes into being. A constant inquiry into the role means correction and development of the existing manner of teachers' identity and the direction of teachers' practice, in helping teachers' role development.
