摘要
新建本科院校构建教学质量管理体系要树立"以人为本"和全面管理的理念,遵循可行性原则、系统性原则和动态性原则。当前,构建新建本科院校教学质量管理体系的主要内容是要构建教学质量管理的目标体系、方法体系、组织体系、保障体系、评价体系和研究体系。
To construct teaching-quality administration system, newly-established four-year colleges must have the ideas of humanism and overall administration and follow the principles of feasibility, systematism and dynamism. The principal contents of the construction are the systems of aim, method, organization, assurance estimation and research.
