摘要
本文论述了气流纺纱机的分梳作用。从选材,工作角与前倾角,齿顶面积,基部厚度等方面提出合理的设计参数。还认为改齿条为针辊,可使气流纺分梳辊提高使用寿命,改善梳理性能,国产针辊式分梳辊已初步试验成功。
This paper portrays the combing effect of OE spinning machines,offeringreasonable design parameters for combing—rollers tooth wires from material selec-tion to working and front angles,top area,rib thickness and so on.It also holdsthat a pinned roller may prolong its service life and improve combing properti-es.Such pinned rollers have been successfully trail-produced in China.
