公共财政支持民族地区新农村建设的对策研究

A Study of Public Financial Support to Building New Rural Areas in Ethnic Minority Regions

推进民族地区新农村建设,不仅关系到全国新农村建设全局,而且关系到各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展全局,是推动民族地区农村经济社会又好又快发展的重大举措。随着国家对新农村建设投入力度的不断加大,财政支持民族地区新农村建设必须善于做好"加减乘除",合理安排和用好财政支农资金,充分提高其运行质量和效率,让公共财政阳光更好更多地照耀民族地区新农村。

Building new rural areas in ethnic minority regions has a bearing not only on the whole construction of new rural areas in China, but also on all ethnic groups making concerted efforts and common prosperity and development, which is the major measure to promote the fast and better economic and social development in ethnic minority rural areas. Along with the state＇s further investment in building new rural areas, we should make good use of the funds to support agriculture so as to fully enhance the efficiency of its operation and let more new rural areas in ethnic minority rezions have got public finance.
