On the Cultivation of Legal Belief

培养法律信仰的原因是法治本身的需要;影响法律信仰的培养所面临的障碍是缺失法律信仰的根基、法律信仰的前提、法律的权威性,是法律信仰普遍性的缺失。因此,要将法治精神的建设同市场经济建设结合起来,增强社会公众的权利意识,消融国家优位的理念,树立社会优位的理念,加强对国家公职人员的法律信仰培养,培育国家公职人员现代法治精神。

The reason of cultivating legal belief is the need of rule of law itself, the obstacles that the cultivation of legal belief faces are the foundation of belief deletion law, the legal premise of the faith, legal authority, the legal universal belief deletion. So, we must combine the building of the rule of law with the building of a market economy, enhance social awareness of the public of their rights, ablation of the concept of national priority, set up a priority of the society, and to enhance training of the country＇s civil servants on the legal beliefs, and foster the modem spirit of rule of law in national civil servants.
