摘要
选择与羊高繁殖力嚓密关联的微卫星基因座OarAl7,101、BMl329、OarHH55、BMl43、BMS2508和LSCV043,分析其在西农萨能奶山羊群体中的遗传多态性及与西农萨能奶山羊产羔数的关系。结果表明:6个微卫星基因座在西农萨能奶山羊中的有效等位基因数在6.5713~8.9925,多态信息含量在0.8301~0.8781,属于高度多态基因座。6个微卫星基因座对西农萨能奶山羊产羔数的效应分析表明:OarAEl01基因座的109bp等位基因、OarHH55基因座的165和140bp等位基因、BMS2508基因座的140bp等位基因,BMl43基因座的124bp等位基因、BM]329基因座的219bp/185bp基因型以及LSCV043基因座的140bp/120bp基因型,均对西农萨能奶山羊产羔数具有正效应。以上6个微卫星基因座可作为西农萨能奶山羊产羔性状候选基因的遗传标记。
The study aimed at finding out the locus related to fecundity and providing some assistance for creating goat fecundity tines, earry selection of parents, increasing selection accuracy and acceleration breeding. Six microsaterlite markers OarAEl01, BM1329, OarHH55, BM143, BMS2508 and LSCV043 crosery associated with high reproduction in sheep and goats were analysed for porymorphisms in Xinong Saanen dairy goat. The resurts showed high genetic polymorphisms at the six microsaterlite roci. The number of effective alreres (Ne) at 6. 571 3~8. 992 5, porymorphism information content (PrC) at 0.830 1 --0.878 1 in Xinong Saanen dairy goat. The anarysis of litter size effect of the six microsaterlite roci in Xinong Saanen dairy goat indicated that the arlere, 109 bp at OarAEl01, 165 and 140 bp at Oar- HH55, 140 bp at BMS2508, 124 bp at BM143 as werr as the genotype, 219 bp/185 bp at BM1329 and 140 bp/120 bp at LSCV043, have positive effects on litter size. Microsatellite analysis showed that the 6 selected microsatelrite loci can be used for marker assisted selection.
