摘要
针对菜心雄性不育系细胞质遗传物质单一及目前所转育成的菜心雄性不育系不像亲本的问题,根据复等位遗传假说,以菜心为母本,现有的AB法45抗热大白菜核基因雄性不育"两用系"可育株为父本,采用回交、测交、自交等方法,对菜心核基因雄性不育甲型"两用系"的回交选育进行研究。结果表明:经过6个世代的回交转育,得到了具有菜心细胞质的核基因雄性不育甲型"两用系",其经济性状与轮回亲本极像。本试验的转育方法适用于核基因雄性不育系的转育,依照此转育方法可以获得与亲本经济性状相似的目标植株,同时可以扩展后代细胞质的遗传物质。
The goal was to resolve the problem that the flowering Chinese cabbage offspring germ plasm is too simple and the economic character of male sterile lines is not similar to their parents. The flowering Chinese cabbage cytoplasm was used as female sterile and fertile lines of the male sterile AB lines type 1 fa45 of Chinese cabbage were used as the male parent. We studied the transfer of genic male sterile AB lines type I in flowering Chinese cabbage by inbreeding, test crossing and so on. Based on the Multiple Allele Hypothesis of genic male sterility,through six back- crossing, a New genic male sterile AB lines type I was obtained with a cytoplasm from the flowering Chinese cab- bage and with economic characters similar to their parent. Our method is suitable for transfering male sterilie lines. According to the transfer method we should obtain the target plant with characteristics similar to their parents.
