摘要 目的测定不同地区苦参市售饮片中4种黄酮类成分三叶豆紫檀苷、降苦参酮、黄腐醇及苦参啶的含量。方法采用Phenomenex Luna C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长分别为310 nm(三叶豆紫檀苷)、294 nm(降苦参酮)、365 nm(黄腐醇和苦参啶)。结果25批苦参市售饮片中4种黄酮类成分三叶豆紫檀苷、降苦参酮、黄腐醇和苦参啶的含量分别为0.05%~0.32%,0.05%~0.51%,0.55×10^(-3)%~4.87×10^(-3)%和0.06%~0.23%。结论苦参市售饮片中4种黄酮类成分的含量变化较大,应将其纳入苦参药材及饮片的质量控制指标。 Objective To determine the contents of four flavonoids (trifolirhizin, nor-kurarinone, xanthonumal and kuraridin) in 25 samples of Sophoraflavescens Ait. in the market. Methods The determination was carried out on Phenomenex Luna C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μ m), using Acetonitrile - H2O as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detected at the wavelength of 310 nm for trifolirhizin, 294 nm for nor - kurarinone and, 365 nm for xanthonumal and kuraridin, and column temperature at 35 ℃. Results The contents of 4 flavonoids in 25 samples of Sophoraflavescens Ait. in market were in the ranges of 0.05 % - 0.32 % for trifolirhizin, 0.05 % - 0.51% for nor - kurarinone, 0.55 × 10^-3% - 4.87 × 10^-3% for xanthonumal and 0.06 % - 0. 23 % for kuraridin. Conclusion The contents of 4 flavonoids in the samples from the market vary notably, and this should be taken into the quality control of Sophora flavescens Ait.
