摘要
目的建立吐泻肚痛胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Hypersil C_(18)(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:230 nm;柱温:35℃;进样量:10μL。结果芍药苷在0.071～1.136μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.48%,RSD=1.76%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于吐泻肚痛胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Tuxie Dutong Capsules. Methods A HPLC was performed on a Hypersil C18 Column（4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was acetoni- tril - 0. 1% water solution of phosphoric acid（ 14 ： 86）. Determination wavelength was 230 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature at 35 ℃. Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 071 - 1. 136 μg （ r =0. 999 8）. The average recover was 97.48 %, and RSD was 1.76 % （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, effective, sensititve and can be used for the quality control of Tuxie Dutong Capsules.
