摘要
以中国足球超级联赛产权作为研究对象,结合"十月革命",运用交易费用、帕累托最优、制度变迁的经济理论,从新制度经济学角度对中国足球超级联赛产权问题进行经济、政策和法律的分析,进而为其未来的发展提出建议。
This paper takes property rights of Chinese super football league match as research subject, unites ＂October Revolution＂, carries on economy, policy and law analysis to property rights of Chinese super football league match from the point of new system economics using theories of transaction costs, Pareto optimum, system changes, and then suggests for future development of it.
