摘要 运动是一个非常重要的刺激因素,可对骨骼肌中的多种代谢和转录过程起调节作用。目前,大多数学者研究认为运动时机体产生的活性氧(ROS)对机体有很大的影响。ROS作为信号分子,通过激活丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(mi-togen activated protein kinases,MAPK),将胞外刺激信号转导至胞核介导细胞产生反应,调节抗氧化酶基因的表达等,其在氧化应激适应中的作用及机制成为关注的焦点。笔者就运动、氧化应激与MAPK系统的相关文献进行综述。 Exercise is a very important stimulant aspect, it can regulate metabolism and transcription in skeletal muscle. At preset, most scholars believe that reactive oxygen species (ROS) in human play an important role in exercise. As for signal factor, ROS transfers stimulated signal to nucleolus by activating mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPK). Activated MAPK creates reaction by transmitting cells, and regulates gene expressing for antioxidant enzyme. The function and mechanism of MAPK is regarded as a focus in the adaptation of oxidation. This is a review of exercise, oxidative stress and the families of MAPK.
