摘要
职业生涯规划辅导是高等院校就业指导工作的重要内容,但在进行职业生涯规划辅导过程中,存在开放度不够、社会化程度不高的问题,需要引进社会资源,对学生进行真正有效的职业生涯规划辅导。
The tutor programme of professional career is an important part of instruction work in colleges and universities, but there are some problems in the process of tutoring,e, g. the degree of open and socialization are not enough, which needs to introduce social resource to tutor the students really and effectively.
