试论我国公民意识现状及提升对策

The Current Situation of Civil Awareness and the Solution for Enhancement

公民意识是现代社会成员对作为公民角色及其价值理想的自觉反映,它具有丰富的内涵。公民意识与社会主义民主政治的发展息息相关,公民意识的确立是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。针对我国目前公民意识现状呈现总体欠佳的实际,文章对其进行了原因分析,并就提升公民意识的对策提出建议:借鉴国际经验,设计我国公民意识教育模式;坚持以人为本,加强公民主体性教育;加强公民意识教育,要把普及法律常识作为重要环节。

The citizen awareness reflects the value ideal of modem society member as a citizen role and is rich in content.It is closely connected to the development of socialist democracy. Its establishment is the important aspects for constructing socialist harmonious society. The writer gives some analysis about the current unpeffect situation and make suggestions for improvement , i.e. learning from international experience,establishing the model of our citizen awareness education, persisting in ＂giving fundamental consideration to the people＇s interests＂, strengthening identity education of the citizen, taking the popularization of foundamkental legal knowledge as a key link to promote the civic education.
