摘要
长三甲火箭在国内率先采用了冷氦增压技术,但其总体计算是否正确,管路结构设计是否协调可靠,都需经动力试车来考核。为了使在地面进行的动力试车能较好地模拟高空的真空环境,设计了CO2冷凝真空绝热小导管,并成功地应用于动力试车中。
Cryogenic helium pressuring technique is applied in LM3A rocket first in China.In order to test the correctness of the pipline system calculation and compatibility of the tube structure design,power test of the pipline system must be done.For this reason,CO2 condensating and vacuum insulating tube is designed to simulate vacuum environment in space.The tube has been applied successfully in power test.
