高职院校实施素质教育的几点思考

Thinking on the Implementation of Quality Education in Vocational Colleges

目前,素质教育是许多高等职业院校定位的办学指导思想之一。高等职业教育实施素质教育必须树立科学的教育观,努力提高教师职业技术的应用能力,在营造和谐校园氛围的同时,不断推进课程教学改革,其根本目的,就是在传授必要的知识与技能的基础上,培养学生的职业核心能力,从而使学生的职业生涯实现可持续发展。

Quality Education has been considered as instruction thought of Vocational Colleges. Scientific education view has been set up during the implementation of quality education in vocational colleges, making effort to prove the teachers＇ ability to apply technique. Vocational Colleges should construct harmonious campus, and push curriculum reform. These measures are taken to cultivate students＇ vocational core ability on the basis of inducting necessary knowledge and technique, which will improve the development of students occupation career.
