摘要
对我国证券投资基金治理结构作了介绍,对证券投资基金运行中的监管问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了解决监管中存在问题的对策。
The paper introduced the management structure of China＇s securities investment funds, analyzed the supervision with the operation of securities investment funds and put forward some solutions to the foremost problems.
