From ice-breaking to warm-spring As close neighbors,China and Ja- pan maintained friendly exchanges for more than 2,000 years.However,due to complicated historic factors,Sino-Japan relationships experience ups and downs in contemporary history.Even only rec- ollecting into the big events of bilateral relationships in the 21st country,we could see a series of twists and turns oc- curred in Sino-Japan relations.
