Studies on Basic Animal Experiment of Anti noise for Health Protection

摘要 为了研究保健药物的抗噪效应,通过大量在噪声暴露下的鼠实验得出了初步结果。实验首先进行最优参数的选择,对在不同噪声参数下的大鼠测其肝糖元及GPT,得到对它危害最大的噪声参数:95dB(A)以上,低频区100Hz~150Hz,高频区3kHz~3.5kHz,60min。然后对暴露在此噪声中的大(小)鼠以不同药物及其不同剂量注射,结果以10g/kg黄芪注射的大(小)鼠其肝糖元及GPT恢复最快,即黄芪对大(小)鼠的抗噪效果比其它药物为好,最优剂量为10g/kg。 n order to make researches on the effect of medicine about anti noise for health protection,a primary result was found by carry out a lot of experiment with rats exposed to noise.First,according to the quantity of liver glycogen and activity of liver GPT of rats under different parameter of noise,the optimum parameters of biochemistry experiment are found by a series of practice,i.e,Noise intensity over 95 dB(A),noise frequency:LF Section 100 Hz~150 Hz,HF Section 3 kHz~35 kHz,noise expose period 60 min,and then,inject different kind and different dosage of medicine into vary groups of rats.In result,the group which injected astragalus medicine liquor,10 g/kg,had regained liver glycogen and GPT better than others,that is ,the optimum medicine of anti noise for health is astragalus medicine liquor,and the dosage is 10 g/kg.
