摘要
池州圩田开发的热潮初起于清末,繁兴于民国,大兴于新中国成立之后。截止上世纪80年代,池州沿江、河、湖滩涂湿地已开发殆尽,构筑成蜿蜒壮观的圩田网络,反映了皖江流域圩田开发的最后高潮。其开发的成因既有资本主义生产经营方式的运作和租佃制度的推波助澜,也与政府的大力组织和积极导引有关。
The development of Chizhou polder land strated at the end of Qing Dynasty, and flurished in the Republic of China and boomed after new China was founded. Up to 1980s, mudflat and wetland have been fully developed along the rivers and lakes in Chizhou. Its development is due to capitalism production management and the lease system, in addition to government organization and surpport.
