Improve Bobbin Surface Design to Reduce Yarn Breakage in Unwinding

在清除纡脚纱过程中,采用刀割易划伤纱管表面,产生勾纱断头。本文介绍了在纱管上加开割纱槽,改进线槽设计,涂粘绒粉等行之有效的方法和实际使用效果。先后有木割纱槽纬管,塑料割纱槽纬管40万只,塑料割纱槽经管17万只投入正常生产,深受工人欢迎,经济效益显著。拉毛处理的络纱管代替纸管用作国内售纱管,可重复使用100～200次,每万只可节约资金万元以上。
